MANAGING DIRECTOR

Michael is experienced in a variety of technical building audits, including onsite inspections and preparation of reports, and holds a current Asbestos Assessor license and Certificate in Basic Principles in Occupational Hygiene.

He is fully qualified to complete asbestos audits in commercial buildings, as well as being fully trained in carrying out any air-monitoring services that may be required. He has completed numerous asbestos consultancy and removal projects in the region.

2IC / ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Kristy is competent in completing all types of building reports, including defect reports, tribunal dispute reports and has extensive experience in collaborating with clients and contractors to ensure that the client’s needs and deadlines are met.

Kristy is also the company’s Fire Safety Executive who has extensive experience in the asbestos consultancy field, which includes being up to date with the latest legislative requirements, liaising with clients in relation to their needs and obligations, quoting and reporting asbestos inspections, reading and analyzing air filters, and preparing samples for electronic and laboratory analysis.

QUALIFIED ASBESTOS CONSULTANT

Michael has extensive experience carrying out building inspections and audits – he is qualified to complete asbestos audits in commercial, body corporate and residential buildings, as well as being fully qualified to conduct dilapidation surveys and pre-purchase inspections of both commercial and residential buildings.

ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Amy has a Cert III in Business Administration and works with our office administration team liaising with clients and tenants to arrange inspections and audits of properties. She has experience in completing reports for all building inspection reports, including asbestos audits and registers, building defect audits, and dilapidation surveys.
