Our locally based inspectors are trained building cost estimators with over 30 years combined experience in the field, so you can rest assured that we will identify potentialreplacement/maintenance items and prioritise the order of these works effectively over a 15 year period. Each report contains a graphical and tabular format layout of the major cost items for all 15 years of the forecast and will easily identify entitlement contributions and estimates calculated for each of the maintenance items.
