The asbestos Code of Practice states in section 9.3.1 that annual reviews of the register of ACM are required, and possibly earlier where:

  • a risk assessment indicates the need for reassessment; or
  • any ACM has been disturbed or removed.

    • A visual inspection of identified ACM should be undertaken as part of any review.
