Our assessment consists of:

  • Assessing the presence or otherwise of evacuation diagrams, fire records cabinet, certificate of classification, fire equipment records etc., and if present, whether these are compliant with the regulations.
  • Checking the fire equipment installations against the approved Council drawings.
  • To assess if fire safety installations are being maintained.

All the information gathered and areas of non-compliance will be included in our report.
