Division 10 of the BCCM (Standard Module) Regulation 1997 outlines an effective method to managing a Body Corporate in Queensland. The owners and committee members would delegate management of the building to their Body Corporate Manager.

The advantage here is the remaining owners/committee members can then relax and not have to deal with Body Corporate issues.

The Body Corporate Manager provides the administration side of the requirements, and works in conjunction with ABSCAN who provide the building consultancy expertise to ensure that the Division 10 building inspection/reporting components and asset management aspects are met.
