When buying a property, it is crucial that you are accurately aware of its building defects!

Our experienced building consultants undertake a comprehensive inspection of building elements including structural integrity of the building and condition of materials and operation of fixtures and fittings. The yard sheds and fences to the property are inspected.  We are one of the few firms that physically access the roof to check fixings, flashings, gutters etc.

• Minor defects may include: minor blemishes, corrosion, cracking, general deterioration.
• Major defects may include: structural cracks, leaking showers, unsafe balustrading, severe wood decay, loose roof sheeting, spalling to stumps

The produced report complies with Australian Standard AS4349.1-2007 Pre-Purchase Inspection – Residential Buildings.
