Although a Fire Safety Audit is not a requirement of the legislation,
it is the vehicle for discovering any items or areas of non-compliance
using a compliance checklist.
Our assessment consists of:
- Assessing the presence or otherwise of evacuation diagrams, fire records
cabinet, certificate of classification, fire equipment records etc.,
and if present, whether these are compliant with the regulations.
- Checking the fire equipment installations against the approved Council
drawings.
- To assess if fire safety installations are being maintained.
All the information gathered and areas of non-compliance will be included
in our report.
