A Building Defects Audit consists of a non-invasive visual inspection for building defects of the common property areas listing all observable structural and material defects together with recommendations.

Normally, this report is prepared for newly developed buildings (most often multi-unit complexes) to determine the extent of rectification works required (if any).

The report can assist the client when submitting a claim to the Building Services Authority (BSA). The produced report specifies the nature of the defects in accordance with the BSA published criteria together with photographs of each defect.

The onsite inspection identifies all building defects identified in common property areas including walkways, access ways, driveways, roofing, stairwells, and landscaped areas.
