Company Information

Abscan Building Consultants was established at Townsville, Queensland in 2002. Stephen Malcolm – Managing Director commenced building inspection services in 1982 while studying for his Bachelor of Architecture at R.M.I.T. in Melbourne.

With over 30 years experience in property development, building, architecture and inspection services, Abscan is suitably qualified to provide expert consultancy advice on a wide range of client construction issues.

Since its inception Abscan Building Consultants has experienced solid growth and has been a building consultancy model of professionalism, quality and reliability.

Our other company – Stevnita Pty Ltd are licensed and insured project managers with extensive knowledge and understanding to assist with all forms of domestic and commercial building renovation and rectification projects.
